Seared beef filet, pearl onions caramelized in a Porto reduction, with a side of Gratin Dauphinois Chicken

Picatta over Israeli couscous and seasonal vegetables

Pork poke bowl

Creamy risotto made with green peas, asparagus, mascarpone and parmesan cheese, and garnished with three grilled white asparagus. *vegetarian dish*
